1. Scope
This statement covers the website miodnyszlak.pl operated by MIODNY SZLAK, ul. Kamianna 50, 33-336 Łabowa, Poland. It applies to all pages in the Polish and English versions and to the content management panel.
The site is not a public-sector service, so this statement is voluntary. We want the site to be usable by as many visitors as possible.
2. The standard we follow
We design and develop the site in line with WCAG 2.2 level AA, which includes:
- sufficient contrast of text and interface elements (at least 4.5:1 for body text),
- full keyboard access with a visible focus indicator,
- text resizing up to 200% and correct reflow at a 320 px viewport,
- alternative text for images and a logical heading structure,
- labelled form fields with information about the purpose of data collection (GDPR),
- the ability to stop animations (hero videos, bees, moving elements),
- respecting the system “reduce motion” setting.
3. Accessibility features
A “WCAG” button in the bottom-left corner opens an accessibility panel with:
- text size – three levels of enlargement for the whole page,
- underline all links – makes links easier to recognise,
- high contrast – stronger text contrast and no wallpaper,
- stop animations – pauses videos and moving elements; the same option is available in the footer.
Your choices are stored in your browser and apply to every page.
4. Compliance status
The site is partially compliant with WCAG 2.2 AA. The latest accessibility review took place on 18 October 2026 and covered automated checks of contrast, heading structure, link names, touch target sizes, forms, zoom behaviour and reduced-motion handling on the key pages (home, contact, products, map, about, privacy policy, calendar, Miodny TV and their English versions).
5. Known limitations
- The Miodny Szlak map (Leaflet, OpenStreetMap) supports the keyboard, but its controls and pop-ups do not have complete screen-reader descriptions; the same information is available in the list below the map.
- Third-party embeds – the Google map on the Contact page loads only after consent and is an external tool whose accessibility depends on the provider.
- Cloudflare Turnstile captcha secures the contact form and login. If you cannot complete it, write to us or call us (details in the footer) and we will handle your request without the form.
- Videos – older items in Miodny TV have no captions; we add descriptions to new ones.
6. Contact
If you encounter a barrier, e-mail info@miodnyszlak.pl or call +48 537 236 572. Please describe the page, the problem and your device or software. We reply within 14 days and, where possible, provide the information in an alternative format.
7. Additional information
- Static content can be read without JavaScript; videos and the map require it.
- Clickable targets are at least 24 × 24 px.
- The site contains no flashing content that could trigger seizures.
Statement date: 18 October 2026. We review it whenever the site changes significantly.
